Sex before 6 week postpartum check

Okay so I miscarried at 16 weeks, I had to do a vag. Delivery .. the most heartbreaking thing ever. Its been a month now since I gave birth.. i started to have sex with hubby... i feel crampy now.. which im scared because i shouldve waited and not be tempted .. has anyone had sex before 6 week check after birth? Is it normal to feel crampy? Helppp
