Baby having diarrhea

My LO has been having diarrhea for a about two weeks now. Not every poop is diarrhea but a majority of them are. He has just gotten over a pretty bad cold and is teething too. His two bottom teeth have just broke thru. But he seems happier then ever, no fever or anything. Any idea what could be the cause?
