Think my SOs mom hates me...

So we've been engaged since July (something she did everything in her power to stop). Before then we'd see each other 1-2 times a week, sometimes more. Now, its like i never see him. Everytime we make plans she comes up with some "emergency" that she just needs him 30 minutes before our scheduled plans.

I got frustrated at the fact i only saw him once last month and he's actually bailed on me twice in one day!!! I tried ti talk to him but it ended up turning into an argument. Said he's sorry hes 'too busy for me'. I cant bring up his mom because i know it will cause an argument and i really dont wanna push him away. Any suggestions???
