Overcoming cravings and temptation
So I’m really trying to lose weight. Going to the gym and trying to make healthier choices, weight watchers and now I’m also counting calories to see which I like better. I can’t get past the first 5-6 pounds. I can do really well all day but at night I just cannot stop myself from eating. I get the type of cravings that consume my whole being and I can’t stop till I’ve had it. I just don’t know how to stop it or address it. I already try to eat light all day so I can eat more at night but even that isn’t enough. I’m feeling so defeated. Any advice?
