I’ve worked at a steakhouse for 2 years now and we’re always getting complaints about well done steaks being burnt😂 well let me tell you that if you want your steak disgusting, then yeah it’s going to be burnt no matter what if it’s well done. Today I took a Togo order for someone that wanted their 23 oz porterhouse well done, and they came back saying it was too burnt so they wanted a free one, and that just made me so annoyed Bc like DUHHH it’s burnt! If you don’t want your steak burnt then don’t order it to be well done. How do you guys get your steak cooked? I get mine medium rare😁
