Natural means no medication, no induction, no epidural, etc. Vaginal means baby came out vaginally. Vaginal and natural have two different meanings.

Vaginal , epidural but I got it on my 4th day of active labor . So I went pretty far without it😂 and it only worked on half my body 😂

First - Vaginal, epidural.
Second - Vaginal, spinal block (was prepped for emergency c-section then didn't need it, long story).
Third - Vaginal, oxytocin.
Fourth - Natural.
