So I’m 27 weeks and 2 days pregnant I have just now started hot flashes. BTW I’m having A son. But every night this week my face has been flashed. I don’t sweat during it just my face is red at night

Iv been having the same exact symptoms! Hot flashes here and there and my face getting very blotchy either in the mornings or at night randomly.
