How to make Rice Krispie squares alone?

Okay this may be a dumb question but stay with me, lol. I usually need two people because when I’m dumping the rice krispies out of the pot and onto the tray it’s just easier if somebody else is holding the pot while im scooping out the contents with a spatula. I want to make them with my son but I honestly don’t know the best method to do it alone? Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks!

Put greased tray in sink. Then lean edge of pot on sink (to help hold weight of pot), then scoop out cereal onto your tray.

Scoop it out with a spoon? Lol just find a way. Or be like me and eat it directly out of the pot because you're too impatient.

Another rice krispies recipe I really like (which doesn't take melting any butter or melting marshmallows is)  You take about a cup of peanut butter and add about 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, microwave stirring every 15-30 seconds until it blends together smoothly. Set aside. Then get your rice krispies in a bowl, pour in your peanut butter/ chocolate mix. Mix well. Then you add in mini marshmallows (I've used the regular size as well and just cut them up when I had no minis around) and add chocolate chunks or more chocolate chips. You could even add peanut butter chips if you like more peanut buttery stuff! Every time I've made them everyone loved them. Its just a little twist on them, just nice you don't have to stand over the stove melting all that butter and marshmallows. The marshmallow minis will melt a little from your melted peanut butter and chocolate and some won't which I think adds nice textures!

Hold the bowl with one arm and stir with the other. It's how I make my fudge. I'm right handed so I usually stir with my right hand until it gets tired.
