Could I be pregnant

So I was having sex condom pop so I went sit over the toilet and the top piece of the condom like the part that catches the semen came out of me so I pee an push really hard Incase anything was left inside an wash down there I went to the pharmacy and took emergency like an hour after postinor 2 and another contraceptive which always worked am only worried because I never had a condom came off like piece of it inside of me if this makes sense .could some be left inside could I be pregnant
