But it’s only Bc I held him the entire time 🤦🏻‍♀️😐😅.... it’s the only wayyy 😩, I will probably sleep train, at 5 months... or should I do it now?? Or even later?? I know it’s personal preference, but I’m a stay at home mom, and have the opportunity (thankfully), to hold my sweet baby... but I know it only benefits him, to teach him to soothe himself and fall asleep without me... so how do I teach baby to fall asleep, on his own? I’ve read a lot, so I have an idea, but do you ladies have tips?? I’m a ftm; may be trying for number two when my baby is 1, and I know with two babies, sitting here for an hour, will not happen anymore; so for sure I’ll have to learn how to teach baby to fall asleep, without me rocking him, every time.... I jus love cuddling and holding him🥰
