Uterine Lining Help?

We got the go ahead for our first FET!!!! 😬😬😬😬 Im so excited to hopefully one day meet one of our embabies! Just waiting for my period now and then they'll schedule the transfer! 
My RE mentioned my lining has typically hung out in the 7-8mm range, which isn't bad, but could be better. Any recommendations for developing a good, receptive lining? I was thinking pomegranate juice and raspberry leaf tea? Any tips in general are greatly appreciated!

Your doctor should give you Estrogen patches. I used them daily and they were great. For 4 days,from 5mm went up to 7.5mm. Also keep drinking pomegranate juice that also helps.

They should be giving you progesterone shots to boost your lining. Or the vaginal suppositories

Following this too. I got 3 great looking 5-day Blastocysts and not one of them stuck so I'm wondering if it's my uterine lining that's not supportive enough. Got the raspberry leaf tea already. Doing some Fertility massages in place of acupuncture bc one is free and the other  was $80/session 😫 I eat pineapple core and always try yo keep my feet warm. this is the first I've  heard about pomegranate juice though.
