Spotting or period?

I had sex around 5 times yesterday and 5 times today in the morning today. My bf is very quick to ejuate so that is why I went so many rounds. I had taken my patch off tues morning and put one on this weds and had sex 5 times and the same as thurs morning as well. I know while having the patch on you can’t get your period. Only within 2 to 3 days you can without the patch. I only had it off for 1 day. Just now I noticed a little bleeding. Idk if it’s spotting or it’s actually my period. It was also a little bit of rough sex just a little bit of hard pounding. Sorry for the tmi. Can anyone tell me if I’m spotting or actually having my period?
