40 weeks today, early labor?

FTM. I’ve been having period like cramps for the past several days but they were mild and tolerable. Last night I had some cramps that woke me up from my sleep. I’ve been timing them since 10am and they’re about 7-10 minutes apart and the pain has continued to increase. It feels like a extremely intense period cramp way way down low and they’ve all lasted around a minute a piece. The pain is getting worse and worse. Went to the bathroom earlier and this came out. Is this early labor?
