HEAVY PERIOD
So I have had a really heavy period all day today and yesterday. I am clotting a lot and they are pretty big. Any advice on how to help reduce how heavy my period is? I have to be on my feet running around helping my students tomorrow and I don’t want to be worried about bleeding through all day. Much appreciated!
