So Disappointed

I had an appointment today at 39+3, and was really really hoping to be at least a centimeter dilated (I know it doesn’t mean anything, but I really wanted a membrane sweep in hopes to move things along because I’m miserable rn 😭) and she said once again that my cervix is closed 😩 she then tried to “push through” to see if she could manually get me to dilate just a little bit and that did nothing but cause me a good deal of discomfort. I’m glad my baby won’t be a preemie but I’m so ready for her to get out
