Possibly thrush?
I noticed these white spots about 2-3 days ago. At first I thought it maybe just formula sticking to his tongue, but now I’m having seconds thoughts because it’s also on the inside of his upper lip and behind his upper gum. Could it possibly be thrush? I do have a dr appointment on Monday for his 2 month vaccinations so I’ll talk to him about too, but I just thought I’d also ask here.
