Alright, I need some advice. I’m 5 weeks along with my rainbow baby. With my first pregnancy (MC) I saw my OB the entire time and didn’t have an opportunity to meet with a midwife. However, I’m strongly considering it this time around because I want an intervention free birth and my current OB

• does continuous fetal monitoring

• pitocin for the delivery of the placenta

• induction if I go a week past my due date

Should I schedule my first appointment with a midwife? Or should I meet with my OB and then the midwife? How does one go about this transition? 🤷🏻‍♀️
