Ovarian cyst rupture?

Has anyone had an ovarian cyst rupture what was your symptoms and treatment?! I have had severe lower belly pain going into my hips and back feels like I’m being stabbed it’s lasted all day i just don’t know what it could be and really don’t want to go to the ER and this defiantly isn’t cramps period isn’t due for another 5-7 days

I had that. It was such awful pain on my right side. They thought it was my appendix and took it out. It was like a stabbing in my side for hours.

I had one rupture once. I had terrible stomach cramps and I threw up and had severe diarrhea from hours. I was so dehydrated that I could barely walk. The doctors thought it was my appendix. I was told that the puss from the rupture is was made me so sick. The doctor also told me that having cysts rupture is normal and usually just feels like varying degrees of cramping. However, when the cysts get big enough, they cause more and more pain when they rupture. Hope you feel better soon!!

I had that happen to me on Christmas night 2 yrs ago it was the worst pain ever. I didnt know what was going on, i thought i had really bad gas. Went to bed that night and woke up still in bad pain so went to the er and sure enough my cyst had broke open not a complete rupture but it still hurt like hell all they did was give me some good pain meds and told me it would go away in a few days which it did.

Thanks ladies for the info the severity of the pain ended around 4am now i just feel like someone punched me in the lower stomach a thousand times I’m going to fallow up with my doctor today
