Exercise and Postpartum
I'm 5 weeks almost 6 on Monday and I'm eager to workout. I'm still exhausted our baby girl is only sleeping in 2-3 hour chunks of time at night. Sometimes 1 hour depending. When did everyone start back working out? I need to realize I won't be able to do it so much as I used to. How did you incorporate it into routine when no one else is around to watch the little one? Also, will this affect my milk supply and how do I make sure it doesnt?
