Tampon pain?

Does anyone else have pain when wearing tampons? Am I doing something wrong?

My cramps are worse with tampons than pads!

Probably wrong size long story short I was on a Mississippi trip my mom had bought some tampons for herself and some tampons for me I thought size didn’t matter but I was wrong it hurt like hell I now wear pads lol

When I first started using them they hurt me as well, but I now realize that’s because I wasn’t putting them in correctly. 
They need to be totally in, so insert them slightly deeper, and make sure they’re angled back when you’re putting them in. And If you’re doing this and it still isn’t comfortable try a smaller size,  and make sure you’re not dry when inserting it.

Make sure your area isn’t too dry either lol that’ll make it hurt ! ! Make sure it far enough tho !

I had this for a while!!! Sounds weird but make sure it’s in far enough. You shouldn’t be able to feel it at all. If you feel it and it hurts, try pushing it in more. If that doesn’t help, might be something else.
