Pregnant Vegans and Vitamins?

Any pregnant vegans out there? Any pregnant vegans found any prenatals that don't make them gag? I have been using rainbow lite and the gagging, it's brutal.

Me!  I take a Trader Joe’s prenatal and Vega DHA supplement at night right before bed.  If I take them on an empty stomach or too early in the day that’s when I get sick. If you are wanting to try a gummy, the Alive Prenatal vitamin has plant DHA and is made with pectin, not gelatin, so it’s vegan ☺️

I believe New Chapter prenatal are vegan, I could be wrong but I love them. I never ever get sick on them.

The Rainbow light was killing me. I tried the Trader Joe’s prenatals last night for the first time, and I felt pretty ok.

I was using the deva prenatals but they had supply issues and I couldn’t get hold of more.they were great, but the folic acid was a bit low in them.
I moved on to rainbow light as I’d heard excellent things, but they were terrible - big tablets that tasted horrific and smelled terrible and you’d always taste them because they’d dissolve as soon as they hit your tongue - not great for morning sickness!
Honestly after that I gave up and just bought seperate vitamins - but b, b12, iron, vit c and folic acid, and took them each day, then occasionally topped myself up with a non-vegan prenatal (I felt awful but I just couldn’t get any vegan ones)

I’ve also been taking vegan vitamins and I can’t keep them down, or even get them down anymore. It’s awful
