Unconfident during sex ...

Does anyone else feel unconfident during sex ? I’ve been having sex with the same guy for 4 years and I still can’t seem to feel comfortable enough . For example I don’t let him eat me out bc I’m scared of what I might taste like .. I don’t like bending down bc I don’t know what he sees from his point of view. How can I be or act more confident
