Protein in urine...

Today at my midwifes app I was told they found a significant amount of protein in my urine and that they would be sending it away to get tested. I’m worried, I’ve read about it and it could be a sign of Pre-eclampsia. Has anyone had it before and was okay? I’m 30 weeks..
