Hair loss :( product recommendations please

So I'm only 20 but for the past year I've been noticing a lot of hair loss and thinning hair lines. My hair thickness is average but i have weak hair follicles so my hair falls out very easily. Especially in the shower. I'm not under heavy amounts of stress or anything so it could possibly be hereditory or due to change of climate.. But can any of you recommend any products for hair regrowth?? Please and thank you!
