Baby acne???

She has bumps on her cheeks...but her chin looks worse is this baby acne and is there anything I can put on it

For the baby acne just rub a little breast milk on it and it goes away within the day usually. But the stuff on her chin does look like heat rash.

I would call the doc just to be safe. Her chin looks like it could be impetigo. Easily treatable and very common. Both my kids have had it.

Looks like heat rash. My son get them and I take off his clothes for awhile and it tends to go away after an hr or so.

My son has the same! Acne on cheeks forehead and chin, lots on the chin but he’s a super sloppy eater and dribbles all down his chin so I assumed the chin acne was from that
