1st one 38w5d made me lose my mucus plug but thats it. 2nd one a week later 39w5days i had at 3pm, started having painful contractions at 1245 am and had her 9:20 am.

I was green as green could be no signs of impending labor. Swept me the day before my due date. I went into labor the next night & had baby the following day

My first at 38+4 didn’t do anything. I had another one yesterday at 39+5 at 9:30 am also set up an induction for 4 pm that day. Started contracting after the sweep but they were pretty irregular. By the time I had gotten to the hospital and they checked me I had dilated from a 5 to a 6 so it definitely started something.

It didn’t with my daughter. But my current dr said it depends on how aggressive they are with it can make a difference how effective it is. It’s always worth a shot 😊

Currently waiting to find out. I had mine done yesterday morning at 40+1 and I’m feeling a little disappointed. I haven’t had any consistent contractions, no mucus plug, no bloody show. ☹️

I’ve had two and I’m still 5 days overdue 😂 
Had one at 38+2 and one at 39+5.  First time lost a few chunks of my mucus plug, was only a finger tip dilated and soft but not effaced.  Had some cramping after for a few hours.  Second time was already 2-3cm and 50% effaced, lost a lot of mucus plug constantly like 72 hours afterwards and some cramping again.. but nothing 🤷‍♀️ 
Going again today to see if one last sweep can get things going before induction on Sunday
