9 DPO symptoms

So I’m 9 DPO and since about 6 DPO I’ve had slight right side pelvic pain and fatigue and now I’m 9 DPO and I tested this morning (BFN) with light cramps and some brown/red discharge???? Could this be implantation or do you think it’s just my period coming 5 days early?
