I called my OBs office to set up my first prenatal appointment. Got my bfp at 11dpo. Today 12dpo so I am only 3 weeks 5 days. She sounded shocked I was calling so early. I told her I just wanted to get the first appointment scheduled so I could plan. Both my husband and I work and will need to make sure we can schedule off for the appointment.

Is this not how it’s normally done? I know I’m very early and things can go wrong. I’ve had a mc before. But I thought I’d at least need to set the first appointment?
