HIIT/Cardio Question
Hi All, I am wondering if there are any of you out there who are still doing somewhat intense cardio. Everything I find on an internet search says that pregnant women should be able to carry on a conversation during exercise, and if they are too short of breath to do so then they are exercising too hard. To me, exercising to the point where I can still converse isn’t exercise at all! I normally do orange theory and there are times in the workout when I’m very out of breath. I can’t seem to stop myself from pushing very hard when I work out. Are there any of you out there who are still working out hard or have been told by your MD that it’s ok to push yourself cardio wise?
