Hey ladies! I see a lot of posts in here wondering about ovulation after miscarriage and when you can expect it to happen. I know after suffering a loss that most of us are desperate to be pregnant again, so I just wanted to share my experience in hopes that it will help some of you out, as far as ovulating after miscarriage goes.

I found out I was pregnant on Jan 22nd when my period was 3 days late. My cycles usually average 33-35 days & I usually ovulate between CD 18-21. On February 1st I was told I was miscarrying. February 18th I got my first negative HPT post-miscarriage, and marked that as CD 1. I started OPKs this week and got my peak positive this morning on CD 19, so I will most likely ovulate in the next 12-36 hours.

So basically, I'm ovulating right on time since I counted the day of my negative HPT as CD1, instead of my first day of bleeding. I hope this helps and wish you ladies all the best! Love & baby dust ❤️
