What size Haakaa?

What size Haakaa should I get? They have 3oz, 4oz, and 5oz. 
Is it worth buying?

I love my Haakaa! I would purchase the 5 oz and is well worth the price. My LO is 5 weeks and I can get up to 4 oz with my Haakaa.

All depends on how much you leak from the other boob while feeding. I do a lot! I have over 150 bags of breast milk stored already and mainly just from collecting milk in this, hardly have pumped at all! Most bags are 5 oz portions. So the 5 oz hakaa was the best for me- I normally leak at least 3 oz

I love the hakkaa, actually quicker and easier for me than using the electric pump, wish I hadn’t wasted money on the electric! The only prob for me if I struggle to use it when on my own so I need my other half to help put it on and keep it there whilst I’m feeding!

It’s definitely risky to do hands free. When it’s gotten heavy (filling with milk) I’ve had it come unattached and lost milk. But as long as you’re aware that could happen you can be prepared. Just requires a lot of multitasking if baby is in the other breast lol.

Totally worth it. I would get the 4 or 5 ounce size. Mine is 4oz. I typically catch between 1 and 2.5 oz but have caught up to 3.5 oz before!

I got the 5oz one just in case. I don't respond to my pump all that well but I respond to the haaka much better and have consistently been getting 2-3 ounces from one side. I haven't tried both but I suggest 5oz because it doesn't seem too far off of what one can get. Also, be sure to get the lid for a stopper. I knocked mine over the morning and dump 2 oz out 😭😭😭 I have the lid now!
