According to Bible preventing is a sin?

In the Bible it says 
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you 
What is your though on this we’re married 9 years and have had 8 pregnancies and live 7 children, according to bible prevention from getting pregnant is that a sin?  I think I is just want to hear your thoughts on this

After reading this came to conclusion that 
If you walk right in front of God with fear you will not hesitate to trust him and except children Blessings from him his our HeavenlyFather he cares for his children and he will not banded any of us  !!! 😊

Honestly  i dont believe in BC. Hormonal type anyway. I dont  naturally preventing or reducing pregnancy  is a sin due to the fact when GOD appoints a child to be born. NOTHING you do is going to stop that( aside from murder). We use the fertility awareness method. Until we feel he is telling us it is time to start our family. We know at any point we could get pregnant and then it will be in Gods will for us. Increased  conception was part of the curse. Our bodys are not designed to be pregnant as often as they can be. So i dont see any thing wrong with Naturally limiting pregnancy.

It is definitely a sin to have more children than you can afford to look after properly and give adequate attention to. God does not expect us to have child after child to prove anything to Him but He does expect us to look after and guide the one He has entrusted us with.

From what I understand, when you take BC, it's not preventing an egg from being fertilized, its preventing the fertilized egg from attaching to the uterine wall. Personally, I wldnt feel clear to take it.

Anyone who has unprotected sex and says “wHatS meAnT to bE WilL hAppEn” needs to grow a brain. If you jump off a tall building, you’re going to fall and probably die. That’s science. Just like if you have unprotected sex, you’re going to get pregnant unless you have something medically wrong with you. 
No, it’s not a sin to prevent a pregnancy. That’s ridiculous. I’ve heard people say “well God said to multiply and replenish the earth”. There were EIGHT people on this planet when that command was given. Look around. It’s been replenished. 
And I think it’s VERY irresponsible to just keep having kids if you can’t give them a good life. I know a family that doesn’t have air conditioning in their house because they can’t afford it, but they have about 8 kids and they just keep having them because “God will provided”. God also provided them with a brain that they have yet to use but whatever. I know so many families with tons of kids that have absolutely no life. No going out to eat ever. No going shopping or going to amusement parks. No extracurricular activities. Not really ever having much in life.

There are no verses that say you have to have children or that preventing is wrong. Only the catholic church is opposed to birth control(even though a poll says only 15% of Catholics believe this). Me and my husband use to prevent because we weren't making very much money and didn't want to bring a baby into a struggling financial situation but after a few years we discussing it and we believe if your meant to have a baby you will whether you try to prevent or not(as a lot of women have gotten pregnant on birth control). So whatever you and your husband agree to.

Birth control is a sin?? Remember for as many that are lead by the holy spirit. There's a time to have children there's a time not to. There is NOTHING in the Bible where it says you can not use a preventive to not have a child. Are you telling me in the beginning that Adam and Eve only had sex to reproduce? The Bible doesn't say that you can't not produce, it says that you should produce; that's what it's meant for but not that you can't have sex just to have it with your spouse. Thessalonians 5:21 prove all things. The Holy spirit is your teacher and guide so remember to not lean unto your own understanding.

From personal experience I don’t think it’s a sin only because God can do anything even when u are preventing if he wanted to Bless u with a child he would do it and there are people that don’t use any birth control for years and don’t get pregnant so quickly. It’s whenever God Blesses u with one. His plans are not our plans and his plans are PERFECT 💕

I think that preventing children because you don't want any children at all or because you only want one is a  sin. Yes definitely!!! However,  you already have seven and nobody expects you to have children until you start menopause or until your body gives out. You have more than obeyed the command to be fruitful and multiply and have therefore earned the right to use any means of bc necessary to prevent future pregnancies in my opinion.
