Well, as I sit here pumping, I figure now is as good a time as any for an update. We were scheduled for a C-Section on Monday, March 4. Had a false alarm on the Saturday (thought my water broke...nope,just peed myself).

The staff st our hospital were absolutely wonderful. They all knew about our previous loss and how unbelievably scared we were so they took extra steps to calm our nerves. The spinal wasn't nearly as bad as I had expected and our anaesthetist was hilarious.

The surgery was longer than expected as little girl decided she liked my ribs and didn't want to come out so they had to use a vacuum and cut a bit more than originally expected. No big deal.

Kiddo came out 7lbs1oz and 20" long at 37weeks 2 days. She did end up spending her first night in the NICU because there was some mucous issues (apparently very common in C-section babes) and has developed a light case of jaundice. We got home yesterday afternoon ♡
