Heart rate and trying to conceive
Hey ladies. Has anyone tracked their testing heart rate when trying to conceive? I wear my fit bit at night and I get a spike around ovulation and then with af. This month I have noticed a significant bump in resting heart rate like four beats more than the usual bump. I may be grasping for straws (I usually am) but wondering if anyone else has noticed this and then gotten their BFP. Thanks for the help.
