My lower uterus. I could feel tightenings at the top but the only thing that hurt was my cervix and it felt like it hurt in my ass too i had to lift off my ass every time I had a contraction lol idk about the pushing part. I got an epidural at 7cm

Both lower back and stomach. I had my daughter with no pain medicine on accident. My doctor said I wasn’t in labor he was an hour away. I ended up walking into my local hospital with her head crowning. And it wasn’t just one area it was my stomach and my back and it was intense! My anus didn’t hurt I believed I wasn’t in labor because everyone has always said when you have to push you’ll feel like you have to poop. Well I only felt like I had to pee and couldn’t.
