Ladies, when having sex with your SO does he always ask "do you want me to put a condom on?" 
We aren't TTC until may.

We tried using one the first time we had sex and I said nope. I don't like it. Lol. We were both in the military and had frequent testing and I was on the shot. Soo I didn't care. 8 years later and we're finally expecting our first!

No, he just puts it before the penetration without asking. He will only ask if I'm ready for sex or if I want more foreplay..
