Contractions???

So I've felt a tightening aching in my lower back along with suuuuper mild cramping.... this is uncomfortable but no where near the contractions I felt with my first. They happen randomly & don't last long. I know BH aren't supposed to hurt. I know contractions wrap around soooooo.....🤷‍♀️

I get these too. Some I’ve had to actually breath thru. Could be prodromal labor which is false labor. Contractions are in between BH and real contractions. They suck lol.

Maybe see if you can time them! If they continue to get closer together and more intense, they're the real deal!
