I was diagnosed almost three years ago with PCOS and was diagnosed with endometriosis the same time, but was put immediately on BC to regulate my cycles and mainly because I didn't want another child at the time. So I haven't really had to deal with any of the symptoms, and the BC didn't regulate my periods, it completely eliminated them. So now that I've been off the BC for two months TTC, I can't figure out if my cycle is irregular from coming off BC or from my PCOS. Right after I stopped BC, my first period came right on time. My second period was 10 days late, it just stopped last Thursday (9/2). Yesterday I had very light spotting, which I thought was from ovulating since I'm mid cycle (today is CD14) but today I'm actually bleeding, pretty heavy, and I'm cramping terribly bad. AF isn't due for another two weeks! Is my PCOS causing me to be THIS irregular, or could it be something else?
