So I had the same thing but on my shoulders and chest area and I exfoliated a lot and I also used a moisturizer that had like a color corrector in it, to help reduce the appearance of scars over time. I also heard vitamin E oil helps when put on them, which I've done a few times but never stuck with it so I cant really say on that one :) also my friend had a huge scar from a surgery and she used some stretch mark cream!

You could see a dermatologist and see what options you have, but I personally think you have a beautiful back.
