My son has these little bumps and im thinking it’s baby acne again. But can he have baby acne again at 9 months old? He’s not running a fever he’s not irritated or itchy. He doesn’t have a lost of appetite or anything. I’m just curious abt what it could be? He’s been using dove for the last couple weeks so ik that can’t be it nothing has broken him out fr these bumps really just appeared yesterday and today. It’s on his face, thighs, legs, arms, stomach, and back. Any ideas of what it could be?
