Can you get a positive ovulation test with PCOS? Or will it always be “negative”?

Okay. So, if I get a positive does that mean I AM ovulating or is it just positive because I have PCOS?

Yes, definitely possible but keep in mind that your tests won’t get slowly darker and then lighter - they will be all over the place. I have PCOS (not on meds) and have a very short surge that I can miss if I don’t test twice a day. It usually comes around CD21 and sometimes doesn’t come at all. Be patient and keep testing and good luck

Yes. I have pcos and I had my positive on 3/5-3/6 and I'm not on any medication.

Yes you can but I didn’t till I started taking letrozole.
