Losing weight.

So for while now i stopped eating junk food an just the bad foods i cut out sugar too. I also been walking for 30mins on my treadmill an some times 20mins twice a day i also been walking to work an soon to be walking home for work to. When i started i was 188lbs dropped to 184lbs but havent checked my weight since. My mom an some friends of mine noticed that i lose some weight but i dont see it. But im trying to lose weight in my hips cause i have wide hips an i hate it any good workouts u would recommend an also good thighs workout to im tryna keep my butt tho
