Blood clot or miscarriage? TMI

Question

I’ve been on what I thought was my period for a week, this morning I woke up from awful low back pain, then the cramps started around 10am and were 9/10 pain for about 2hrs then stopped. About 5pm I changed my tampon and felt a large clot fall out. It accidentally got flushed ( automatic toilet) then I felt a second one coming and caught it. It was squishy but firm.

I also had blood clots like that with my miscarriage. The only way to 100% know would be to have your doctor order a blood test immediately to see if you have residual hcg in your system.

I only had one blood clot show during my miscarriage but it looked incredibly similar. If this is the case, I truly am so sorry

It could be a miscarriage...but put a TMI filter on the pic

I had a blood clot like that when I miscarried... I would take a pregnancy test asap to see if there is a faint line of anything
