When can I start drinking red raspberry leaf tea???

Girls how many weeks is safe to start this tea, not looking to bring labor on. Now I know it doesn't induce labor but I'm afraid of the contractions it might give off. Do I wait till 37weeks? Can I start now at 36? What did u girls do?

I started at like 25 weeks 1 cup a day, at 30 weeks I got up to 2 cups a day, 35 weeks 3 cups a day and now I'm 38 and I drink between 3-5 cups

I started at 36 weeks, and delivered at 37+2. No clue if it was related, but I did have a super easy delivery.

I started at 32 weeks with one cup a day, I’m now 35 and drink 2 cups a day and when I’m 37 weeks I’ll start drinking 3. I’m going by the article on the “mama natural” website!

I started at 34 weeks. Start with one cup a day and increase it to 3 or so.
