Pain killers while pregnant?

Question

What pain killers are allowed during pregnancy? If any.
I get migraine and headaches a bit and just want to be sure I can take something if it only gets really bad.
I’ve got panadol rapid atm and I’m in Australia if that helps x

Paracetamol is classed as a drug safe during pregnancy as already stated. 
I suffer from chronic tension headaches and this is all I can take. I was officially diagnosed while pregnant and was told by my neurologist if I weren't pregnant he could prescribe me one of ten different medications which would prevent them from occuring all together. None of those medications can be taken in pregnancy (of course 😂). 
In saying this though, I would still ask a professional if any migraine medications are safe to use. We have completely different types of headaches so there may still be hope.

I think anything paracetamol based is fine, but not aspirin or ibuprofen based. If your migraines persist I would see a doctor as there could be other medication they can give you! X
