Anyone tried getting there labour started?

Hey girls, I’m 38+2 and I was wondering if anyone tried any way to get labour kick-started that actually worked?

I'm 39 weeks I've tried everything 😭 sex, walking, yoga ball. I've been dilated at a 4 for almost 2 weeks and nothing is working 😫 sex helps bring on contractions but they always go away after a few hours
