Hey ladies! Quick question, and sorry is this is stupid.

I’ve never been on the mini pill before. Before I got pregnant I was taking LoSeasonique and with that you skip periods. In those packs, it was clear when you would have a period week as the pills were a different color.

I’m taking the generic brand of the mini pill and they are all the same color. I’ve read the paper insert it comes with and I see nothing about periods. Am I supposed to stop taking it for a week for my period? Or just take them continuously?

When I started the minipill I had some spotting, but haven’t had a proper period since I gave birth. I’m not breastfeeding, so I would’ve expected a period by now!

I will ask my OB at my next appointment but just wondered if I could get some answers before then. Thank you!!
