Heavy, period like bleeding after D&C?

Hi ladies .. so on Thursday I had my D&C when I was physically 10.5 weeks pregnant but the baby stopped developing at 6.5 weeks. I had light bleeding the day of, and also Friday most of the day. Was only wearing liners because that’s all I needed.

Last night, I went to the bathroom and there was a lot of blood in the liner. It must’ve been about 4 hours since I used the bathroom because the time that I went that I could remember there was nothing there. Changed liners, went to sleep. Woke up this morning and there was a lot of blood again. In the toilet it looked like clots, maybe uterine lining also in the liner.

Changed to a pad today and am monitoring. My question is has anyone experienced this? It’s a heavy flow like my period, which I know that can’t be the case (it being my period even though around this date of the month I’d get my period). I know they say when you soak a pad within 2 hours to call, and it hasn’t even been 2 hours with this pad yet. Just curious if anyone experienced the same and found it to be okay.
