any help?

so on my period app that use almost monthly says i’m 11 days late, Glow says i’m 8 days late. i took a pregnancy test yesterday and it just happened to come back negative... i called my ob/gyn office and they said they don’t bring anyone until you’re late missing your period for 6 weeks!? should i wait to take another home pregnancy test, should i go have a blood pregnancy test done, or should i simply just go have a urine pregnancy test done by a doctor? i’m just so lost because i had a miscarriage in August of last year and have read that some people had negative test no matter what they did till they were like 7 or 8 weeks ! i just need advice on what i should do, i’m never late this long ! please help?
