28 weeks today, SEVERE pain on my left side about 3 inches below my boob where my belly starts, it’s about every 30 seconds. It’s a sharp yet burning pain, for about 30 seconds then I’m just EXTREMELY uncomfortable then it hits again. I have noticed that my belly is cold except that spot is very warm.

I’ve had rib pain with both ribs most of my pregnancy, but this is a totally different pain.

I’ve tried everything! Tylenol, not wearing a bra, heat, ice, laying down, standing, sitting, laying on my cozy bump bed, birthing ball, standing in a warm shower, laying in a bath. EVERYTHING. Nothing is even making a dent in the pain! Does anyone have this? I’m literally to the point of tears 😭😭😭😭
